Josephine Ruiz

Accomplished elementary educator and school leader with nearly two decades of service in the Philippine Department of Education, currently serving as a Master Teacher II. Holding a PhD in Development Education, I bring a vision of education that values equity, cultural responsiveness, and lifelong learning. My teaching philosophy centers on creating inclusive and engaging learning environments where all children can flourish academically and emotionally.
